Managed Services Team

Minuteman’s 24x7x365 Hosted Managed Services (HMS) team takes the security systems management burden off of your shoulders, by outsourcing everyday security system tasks.

Our agents are experienced and certified security system specialists who take proactive ownership of your system’s uptime, system configuration, monitoring, and direct user support.

Technical Services Team

Minuteman’s Technical Services Group (TSG) is a small team of industry specialists with a rare combination of three skills: deep familiarity with security system software, cybersecurity, and coding expertise.

They perform cybersecurity audits, data services, application engineering, and user training.

NERC CIP Compliance

If your data center has its own electrical substation, your security system must be installed and serviced according to NERC CIP-014 regulations.

Over the last twenty years, we have secured more than 2,000 NERC CIP-regulated sites, and that experience is now institutionalized at Minuteman.

Risk assessment & validation defines the scope of work. We conduct a Threat & Vulnerability Assessment (TVA) to sharpen the focus. Our internal training and development programs are tailored to meet NERC CIP requirements.
