Our Program Management Office is a team of very experienced (18 years on average) professionals/people who oversee project delivery outside the East Coast. They are chosen for their organizational skill and exposure to multisite installations.

Our Program Managers are particularly effective when handling international challenges to project delivery:

Minuteman program managers act as a single point of contact for your large project, coordinating all work according to your single corporate standard.

Our Hosted Managed Services team supports clients after system commissioning. They provide outsourced remote operation and maintenance of your security systems.

In other words, the HMS team acts as your security system copilot after takeoff.

Staffed with security software platform experts, this group is centered in the US Eastern Time Zone but has operators around the world for follow-the-sun support.

Our Kitting group preassembles and configures system components for large client projects. Cameras are preprogrammed, access control panels built and correctly labelled, and servers are preconfigured for your specific installation. The Kitting group tests everything before shipping. The scale of this operation (sited in a substantial facility in New Hampshire) leads to greater reliability and less schedule risk.

However, the capabilities of the Kitting team also extend to development of custom site-specific equipment installations.

Mass transit agencies, for instance, have specialized needs for integrating cameras and NVRs into busses and trains. Minuteman can design custom metal brackets, enclosures, and electrical harnesses to meet these demanding environmental and operational needs. The Kitting team’s engineers collaborate with clients to develop parts using Solidworks and AutoCAD, and then 3D-print prototypes.

The Kitting group also has extensive experience designing security system components in outdoor environments, like call boxes and remotely-sited cameras.

The Technical Services team is staffed with specialists in integrating and protecting security system software.

They perform:

  • Database conversions and migrations
  • Syncing HR software with access control databases
  • Network design
  • Other custom development

Technical Services also performs cybersecurity audits for security systems, and can take action to mitigate known risks.
