PSA – System Administrator (Manchester, NH)
Minuteman Security and Life Safety (MSLS) is hiring for the position of PSA System Administrator. This position is responsible for maintenance, deployment, and support of our ConnectWise Business Management Suite. MSLS utilizes a suite of products from ConnectWise including CW PSA (formerly CW Manage, CW CPQ (formerly CW Sell/Quosal), and BrightGauge. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience within one or more of these platforms and should have a strong understanding of the flow of information and business processes of a service-based company. The PSA SysAdmin will report directly to the Chief Information Officer and be part of our Information Technology Team. The position will require providing direct support to our end users as well as working with IT to expand the platform as MSLS continues to grow.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Desktop support aiding users with use of the software.
- Prioritize tasks and helpdesk tickets by evaluating business impact.
- Maintain the ticketing system, tracking all tasks and tickets through resolution.
- Enrolling and maintaining user access privileges within the software.
- Resolving configuration issues, researching solutions, and communicating resolutions.
- Routine maintenance and auditing.
- Perform data imports and data cleanup.
- Develop, document workflow processes providing standardization across the company.
- Assist with building training plans and documents using the CW University as well as developing custom training documentation for MSLS specific tasks within CW.
- Configuration and onboarding of new locations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Recent administrational experience within ConnectWise suite of products specifically ConnectWise PSA.
- Ability to act as the liaison between technical and non-technical personnel.
- Excellent time management skills, public speaking skills, problem-solving skills and both verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in word processing and presentation software.
- Ability to operate media equipment such as projectors and personal computers.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments at once.
- A drive to learn and continuously improve.
