Minuteman at IACLEA 2025: Protecting What Matters Most on Campus

Minuteman Awarded SDM Magazine Project of the Year Award

Company: Minuteman Security Technologies (Minuteman Security and Life Safety)
Customer: Boston University
Scope of project: To combine 23 standalone outdated access control systems into a single enterprise system for the university.
Project launch: April 2021
Project completion: November 2023

University of Massachusetts Lowell

Minuteman was awarded the contract for the design, installation and ongoing maintenance of a new integrated security management system at the UMASS Lowell campus. A Lenel OnGuard security management platform, supported up by an IndigoVision IP video VMS, was chosen to take the University far into the 21st century. The ongoing design and support contract calls for Minuteman maintain the new security management system platform through to 2017.

University of Massachusetts Medical School

The UMass Medical Center is a combined entity of The University of Massachusetts and its clinical partner, UMass Memorial Health Care. At UMass Medical Center and related facilities, Minuteman maintains one of the largest integrated security management systems in the Northeast. At the heart of this advanced security solution is a Lenel OnGuard Security Management Platform, supported up by an integrated IndigoVision IP video management surveillance system.
